FINED FOR UNDER-WEIGHT BREAD
At the Waihi Magistrate’s Court today before Mr. F. W. Platts, Rose Lillian Ford, baker, was charged with selling underweight bread. Mr. F. Wilson, inspector of weights and measures, stated that he weighed bread from Ford’s bakery and found it four per cent, underweight. For the defence, Mr. F. C. V.
