MORRINSVILLE BOWLING CLUB
(From Our Own Correspondent) The Morrinsville Bowling Club opened its green for play on Saturday. Owing to counter attractions, the attendance of members was not large, hut this was made up for by a visit from seven players from Thames. The green played admirably and some good games resulted. . The results were: Goodwin. Welch, Whitehead. Martin (s) 18. V. Turner, Garrick Sanders, Smith (s) 16; Strand, Harris, Caulfield. Bint (s) 22, v Bendy. Boles, Pratt, Osborn (s) 14; Boyle Fulton. Yardley, Donald (s) 23, V Fern, H. Howie, Meharry, G. Howie (s) 14'” Skinner. Donaldson, Butler, Adamson (si 20. v. Kirk, Dickey, Palmer, Cornish (s) 16.
