KING GEORGE’S MESSAGE British Ofiicial Wireless Reed. 11.7 a.m. RUGBY, Thursday. The following telegram has been sent by the King to his Imperial Highness Has Taffari, heir to the throne of Abyssinia (Ethiopia), Regent Plenipotentiary and Negus, Addis Ahbaba: ‘‘On the occasion of Your Imperial Highness’s coronation as Negus. 1 have great pleasure in offering you my most cordial congratulations on the signal honour which her Majesty the Empress has been pleased to bestow upon you.**
