CAR AND CYCLE COLLIDE

A collision occurred at the junction of Avenue Road and Panmure Road, Otahuhu, at 10 o’clock this morning between a motor-car driven by Mr. Henry Lloyd, of Wharf Road. St. Heliers Bay, and a motor-cycle ridden by Mr. Harold Ashcroft, of Church Street, Otahuhu. Mr. Ashcroft received severe bruises on his left arm and ankle, and was suffering from shock. After examination by Dr. A. M. Ross, of Otahuhu. he was removed to the hospital.
