Auckland Firm’s Appeal
The Court of Appeal, sitting at Wellington, has, after a hearing lasting several days, reserved its judgment in the case in which John Burns and Co. sued the master and owners of the Canadian Explorer for damage to a cargo of wire alleged to have been caused through negligence.—P.A.
