ATR. H. A. JARDEN, the wellA known trotting journalist, of Christchurch, and one-time owner of those good pacers Dalmeny and Dalnahine, has been appointed handicapper to the Oamaru Trotting Club, and will allot the marks for the Labour Day fixture.
