ALL NATION LEARNING Times Cable. Reed. 10.4 S a.m. LONDON, Thursday. “The Times” correspondent at Constantinople says the whole of Turkey, except the die-hards, certain religious elements and those otherwise hostile, is learning the new Latinised alphabet, in which all the newspapers will be printed on December 1.
