MOTHERS’ CLUB

A social was held by the Mothers’ Club in the Y.W.C.A. Hall on Saturday evening, over 200 guests being present. The hall was specially decorated for .the occasion, and a programme of music and other items was given by Miss Daley, pianoforte: Miss E. Douglas and Messrs. Frost, Burke and Waldings, songs; Miss Jean Douglas and Mr. Trevor Binns, recitations. The president, Mrs. Hankin, thanked all who had helped to make the social a success, and until supper time the guests danced and played games, Miss Daley providing the music.
