DRYING DAMP WHEAT
SAFE WAY DISCOVERED / (United Service) Reed. 10.40 a.m. OTTAWA, Monday. After two years’ investigation, the National Research Council announces that tdugh and damp wheat can be dried without injury to its milling and baking qualities. One hundred and eighty degrees Fahrenheit is the maximum safe temperature for the drying air where the grain enters.
