WIFE GRANTED DIVORCE
DESERTED BY HUSBAND On the ground of desertion, Yvonne Helen Grimmer (Mr. Sullivan), in the Supreme Court this morning, sought dissolution of her marriage with Harold Victor Grimmer. Petitioner was married in Auckland in June, 1921. In January, 1924, respondent went to Sydney, where he has remained ever since. He had promised maintenance, but had sent only £3O. Mr. Justice Reed granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute after the expiration of three months, petitioner to have interim custody of the one child.
