. ACCIDENT AT FREMANTLE ' Reed. noon. FREMANTLE, To—day. The Swedish steamer Lygnern, 4,000 tons, was severely damaged on the rocks at Gage Roads, Fremantle Harbour. Ten feet of water is in some of her holds. Her rudder has been carried away, and her propeller shaft has been bent.
