CARD PARTY
Members of the Dargavillo Croquet Club held a very enjoyable 500 afternoon at the residenec of Mrs. A. B. Card, Hokianga Road, on Saturday afternoon. Mesdames Card and W. Peterson acted as hostesses. The prize was won by Miss Stephenson, Mrs. G. V. Lambert being awarded the consolation prize. AN ENGAGEMENT The engagement is announced of Rhuna Gwendolyn, the only child of Mrs. Mann and the late Arthur Glenister Mann, lato of Te Aroha, to Royston, only child of Mr. and Mrs. Jackson McCall. of Kereone, Morrinsvllle.
