Tho case in the Magistrate’s Court in which Albert Edward Walker appeared on a charge of manslaughter, in that he did “by omission to perform a public duty” cause the death of Alexander Joss, was concluded to-day. Accused, who pleaded not guilty, and reserved his defence, was committed for trial.
