TRANSPACIFIC CARGO SERVICES.— ' The Union Company advises the following movements of vessels engaged in j the trans-Pacific cargo services:—

The Waihemo, from Newcastle, arrived at Suva on Thursday. She will proceed thence about September 22 to Vancouver and San Francisco, to load for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney, and is due at Vancouver on October 13. and is expected to clear San Francisco about November 6.

The Wairuna, from the Pacific Coast, via Papeete, is due at Auckland this afternoon. She will leave again on Tuesday for Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin. New Pylmouth, and will go thence t<> Auckland, Apia, Fanning Island and Vancouver.

The Waiotapu left Los Angeles on September 2 for Wellington. Melbourne and Sydney. She is due at Wellington on September 28. The Waikawa left Los Angeles on September 3 for Apia. Auckland, Nelson, Bluff, Melbourne and Sydney. She is due at Apia on September 20 and at Auckland on October 1.

The Hauraki from British Columoia ports, was to clear San Francisco yesterday for Los Angeles, and proceed thence to-morrow to Auckland, Wellington. Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. She is due at Auckland on October 7.

The Wuitemata left Suva on August 25, is due at Vancouver to-day, and will proceed thence to New Westminster, Powell River, and Union I*ty, clearing the last-named port on September 28 for San Francisco and Los Ange'es, to c omplete loading for Napier, Ly: tel ton, Dunedin, Nelson, New Plymouth and probably Bluff, if there is sufficient inducement. She is expected to clear Los Angeles on October 7.

The forward loading dates at the Pacific Coast are approximately as follow :

The Wairuna will load at Vancouver, San Francisco, and Los Angeles during November lor Papeete, Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. She will clear Los Angeles about November 30. The Waikawa will load at Vancouver San Francisco and Los Angeles during December for Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth, and is expected to clear Los Angeles about December 31.

The Hauraki will load at Vancouver and San Francisco during December and January for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney, and is expected to clear San Francisco about January 6.

The Waitemata will load at Vancouver and San Francisco during January for New Zealand and Australian ports.

The Wihemo will load at Vancouver and San Francisco dui-ing February for New Zealand and Austi’alian ports.

WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE—

The following vessels are expected to be within range of the undermentioned wireless stations during the week-end:— Auckland. —Mahana, Kartigi, Paua, Tofua, Maui Pomare, AVaipalii, Remueia, Marama, Kaituna, Devon, Port Victor, Port Hunter. Chatham Islands. —Nil. Wellington. —Maori, Wahine, Ngaio. Ai-a-hura, Tamahihe, Ti'evoi'ian, Pariacombe, Ulimaroa, Maheno, Golden Harvest, Gallic, Pakeha, Ivaiwarra, Andrea, Westmoreland, Copenhagen, Poolta. Awarua. —Maunganui, Makura, Kaitangata, Manuka. PORT OF ONEHUNGA—ARRIVAL TO-DAY RARAWA (S a.m.), 3,077 tons, Bark, from New Plymouth. DEPARTURE TO-DAY HAUTURU (12.15 p.m.), 170 tons, Robinson, for Raglan. The Rarawa, which arrived at Onehunga this morning from New Plymouth, sails again at 3.30 p.m. on Monday for the same poi't. The Hauturu, which left early this afternoon for Raglan, Kawhia and Port Waikato, is due back again on Wednesday morning. She is scheduled to leave at 4 p.m. the same day for Hokianga. The Ai-apawa is due at Onehunga on Monday from Wanganui. At 4 p.m. the same day she sails for Kawhia and Waikato Heads. The Anchor steamer Orepuki nas been delayed on the coast by bad weather. She is now due at Onehunga from Dargavillvjipto load for Nelson and West Coast ports till the end of next week. The Kaitoa is due at Onehunga on Friday next to lift a special cai'go for Nelson.
