CARDS AND DANCING

ROTORUA FUNCTION The Caledonian Society held its final dance and 500 tournament for the season in the Druids* Hall at Rotorua on Wednesday evening. Bright music was supplied by the “K” Boys’ Jazz Orchestra. The Monte Carlo prizes were won by Mrs. L. J. Brooker and partner. The winners of the 500 were Mrs. J. A. Brown and Mr. A. Bennington. The prizes for the series of competitions were awarded to Mrs. J. Moreland and Mr. A. Pennnington.
