HOCKEY DANCE
MAUKU CLUB Much, success attended the Mauku Ladies’ Hockey Club dance, held ia the Victory Hall on "Wednesday evening. The hall was artistically decorated with the club’s colours. Music was played by the Black Cat Orchestra. Mr. T. Wright was M.C. Dane-; ing competitions were won by thei following: Spot waltz, Miss D. Clark and Mr. Thompson; balloon dance, Miss P. Zinzan and Mr. Thompson;' Monte Carlo waltz, Miss R. McFad-i den and Mr. Kayes: spot waltz, Miss I. Stuart and Mr. T. Wright. Those present included: Mrs. A.
