CIVIC WASTE CHARGES
HEARING NEXT WEDNESDAY The City Council has arranged that the further hearing of the charges of civic waste and carelessness brought by Cr. W. H. Murray will be continued next Wednesday. The charges were made some 12 months ago and were partly heard when the council decided to ask for a magisterial inquiry. This was refused, and the council has now decided to continue the investigation itself. ANOTHER PUBLIC MEETING Councillor W. H. Murray, and Messrs. H. P. Taylor and J. R. Lundon will address a public meeting at the Auckland Town Hall on Monday evening. They will deal with the Gunter report, Murray charges, Civic Square, and the £30,000 loan poll for baths to ba voted on next Wednesday,
