MOTORIST AWARDED DAMAGES
(From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Tuesday. Arising out of a collision between cars driven by Edward Noble Gallagher, builder, Hamilton, and Robert Dixon, taxi-driver, respectively, the former claimed damages in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. After hearing evidence Mr. F. W. Platts, S.M., gave judgment for plaintiff for £25 and £9 15s costs.
