New Block For High School Tho Education Board has received advice from the Minister of Education that a grant of half the estimated cost has been authorised for the building of a new secondary department block for the Whakatane District High •School on the new school site. It is intended that the balance of tho cost will be paid by the board out of its rebuilding fund. The new building will consist of two classrooms and a science laboratory. LEARN BY EXPERIENCE “T HAVE only been driving for a -*■ few days,” said a motorist who was charged at the Magistrate's Court this morning with disobeying a traffic officer. “You may add to your driving tuition fees,” said Mr. W.
