STUDENTS’ DANCE
LAW FACULTY A very cheery little dance was given by the University College Baw Students in the College Hall on Saturday evening last. Gay streamers and bowls of spring flowers were used with effect for the decoration of the hall. Excellent dance music was provided by Walter Smith’s Dance Orchestra. Among the dancers were: Miss P. Miller, in a dainty frock of praline pink satin faconne with shawl. Miss M. Stehr, frock of nasturtium satin beaute and tulle. Miss Hughes, model of ivory and gold brocade. Miss R. Perez, Burgundy red frock of georgette with shawl. Miss V. Bo we, Nile green frock of beaded georgette and shawl. Miss B. Rosser, wild rose frock of crepe alonza with floral designs. Miss G. McConnell, orchid frock of ring velvet. Miss O. Wernham, opalescent frock of georgette with diamante. Miss Nicholas, ruby red frock of velvet. Miss Pickmere, aqua green frock of satin beaded in crystal. Miss Vermont, gentian blue frock of taffeta. Miss Jean MacCormick, pomegranate frock of satin faconne. Miss W. Whitehouse, waterlily frock of taffeta. Miss K. Hacket, fringed frock of lavender crepe de chine. Miss M. Milne, ivory frock of petalled georgette. Miss M. Stokes, coral frock of taffeta with deep hem of silver. Miss Osbourne, sea foam green frock of taffeta. Miss J. Rowley, frock of vellum tinted georgette with silver designs. Miss Wann, ivory frock of frilled georgette. Miss R. Dale, sunkist pink frock of taffeta. Miss V. Williams, hyacinth blue frock of taffeta. Miss Wilson, foxglove frock of georgette. Miss D. Shrewsbury, black frock of ring velvet with diamante. Miss S. Bircher, poinsetta red frock of taffeta. Miss N. Mcllroy, frock of topaz pink georgette. Miss K. Morpeth, japonica pink frock of georgette. Miss Peggy Hume, cameo pink frock of taffeta and silver tissue. Miss Hayes, Venetian blue frock of taffeta. Miss Brodie, paris tinted lace frock. Miss Fenwick, champagne lace with blush rose relief. Miss M. Hawley, lacquer red frock of georgette. Miss Rowley, praline pink frock of georgette. Miss P. Gash, chiffon petalled frock of belladonna pink. Miss Bamb, larkspur blue frock of taffeta. Miss Asbey, Viennese blue frock of taffeta. Miss J. James, rose du barri frock of crepe alonza.
