HAMILTON APPLICATIONS (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, To-day. An order of the Supreme Court for restitution of conjugal rights was made by Mr. Justice Blair to-day against Kellie Carr, on the petition of John Stanley Carr. Petitioner said the wife had left him and refused to return. Dennis Rowles petitioned for restitution of conjugal rights against Xellie Rowles. Petitioner stated that although they lived together in the same house for the past seven years, they had not cohabited. The case was adjourned for corroboration.
