Derbyite.—Grand Light did not win a race as a two-year-old. The Matchlight—Our Aggie colt started three times last year for three seconds. He was beaten by Return Voyage, Awaiti and Sonoma Child respectively. His fastest run was in the Kowai Handicap at Amberley, where he finished behind Awa-iti in 3.3 G 2-5. Bryce’s colt is engaged in tfie Wellington Handicap at Uutt Park next Saturday and in both Derbies.
