DEPENDS ON STEAMERS MESSAGE TO HERTZOG Preaa Asaociation WELLINGTON, To-day. The All Blacks will play a match at Melbourne if it does not prevent them connecting with their steamer there. The following message has been sent by the Prime Minister. Mr. Coates, to the Prime Minister of South Africa.
