LOCAL SCHEME HANGS FIRE (THE SUN’S Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, To-day. THE original ten days granted to x the Local Summer Time Committee of the House of Representatives, in which to make its report, having expired, the committee to-day was granted an extension of time until Tuesday next. It is possible that the Bill may be abandoned.
