MR. T. K. SIDEY’S GIFT Press Associa t ion. DUNEDIN, Thursday. At a novelty fair held to-day to assist the fund for the erection of the new Caversham Presbyterian Chnrch. the nynister, the Rev. K *_. Fei^uß^ r Fish, read a letter from Mr. T. Sidey, M.P., in which he said that ir his opinion the time had arrived tor him to fulfil his promise to maMB * donation of £I,OOO, for which sum ne enclosed his cheque. The Mayor, Mr. W. B. Taveiroe congratulated the church on receiving such a handsome contribution, would go a long way toward buildup the new hall.
