Press Associatioyi WELLINGTON, To-day. TT\R. KIDSON at noon said that the weather conditions over the Tasman should be much improved by to-morrow night after the retreat of the cyclone. Whether, however, they would warrant the starting of the flight was not for him to say. A cable to Sydney reads: “The cyclone is now centred south-west of Christchurch. Expect strong south-west winds to gales over the eastern part of the Tasman and New Zealand, with cloudy and showery weather. Conditions should have improved considerably by to-morrow evening.”
