'FRIENDLY SOCIETIES’ TOURNEY The final tournament of the season the Auckland Friendly Societies’ Indoor Bowling Association will bo Played to-morrow, and the following Saturday. The champion singles will he decided, play commencing each day a t 1.30. There are 65 entries, •making five sections of 13. each competitor Playing 12 games. As 30 mats will be Squired members are requested to bring all the mats they have so that there will be no unnecessary delay. The Orange Bowling Association women’s full-rink shield competition resulted as follows: McPherson. 7 wins: Francis, 6 wins: Harris. 4 wins; Dicks and Simpson, 3 "’ins; Searle and Elliott. 2 wins; Dickson, l win. Results in the men’s full-rink shield Competition: Searle. 7 wins: White. 61 Francis Speir, Dickson, Gear, each 6 'vins; Elliott. 4! wins; Miller, 4 wins; Woods, Harris, "3 wins. Entries for the pairs competition, "omen and men, will close next Monday.
