AN AIR MINISTRY
CREATION IN FRANCE (United P.A. —By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. Noon. PARIS, Wed. Cabinet has decided on the creation of an Air Ministry. Hithei'to the Minister of Commerce has also had charge of aviation. The recent air fatalities are responsible for the change. M. Leygues has temporarily taken over the Aviation portfolio in place of the late M. Bokanowski, who was killed in a crash at Toui on Sunday. To-day he conferred with the Inspec-tor-General about M. Bokanowski s plans for reorganisation. Until a policy has been developed the Government will try to discourage attempts at transatlantic record bieaking which clelay the construction of naval 'and military planes.
