DERBY WINNER OUT OF CLASSIC British Official Wireless. Reccl. 1.5 p.m. • RUGBY, Tues. Sil- Hugo Cuncliffe Owen’s colt Felstead, which won the Derby this year, has been scratched from the St. Leger, the last of the classic races.
For the past two or three weeks the horse has been under suspicion, on account of lameness.
