T..-i st evening members of the telephone exchange in Wellesley Street entertained. Mr. S. Williams who is leaving to take up a position at Kaik°The function was held in the residence of Mr. W. Bennett Ponsonby Weed During the evening Mi. williams' was presented with a leather travelling case on behalf of his comnanions in the exchange. , , , P Musical items were contributed by Messrs. B. Gardiner, McGrane and L. Collins. :
