REMUERA HOCKEY GROUND WILL HAVE A NEW NAME

ENTERPRISE OF A.G.A.A. The Auckland Girls’ Athletic Association has announced that it will take over the Remuera hockey ground in November. From then on this wellknown playing area, which for some time past has been the headquarters of the hockey game in Auckland, will be known as the girls’ sports ground. During the summer months the Girls’ Athletic Association intends to prepare numerous tennis courts on the ground, and those not required by the members of the association will be rented to individuals or clubs.
