GRAND SHOWS “MY BEST GIRL”
Mary Pickford’s latest production, “My Best Girl,” is proving such a success at the Grand Theatre that it will be presented for another week. In this story Mary is a little shop girl who falls in love with the boss’s son, played by Charles Rogers. About this beautiful romance has been written: “My Best Girl” is a Pickford picture, and in it Miss Pickford gives a magnificent performance. In one scene she rises to heights never attained before. Her pathetic attempt to disillusion the young man she loves, and who loves her, is among the finest things that the screen has given us. “Wyoming,” a stirring picture with that great actor, Tim McCoy, is the second attraction. Dorothy Sebastian is the leading woman.
