SIGNALS FOR CROSSING

WARNINGS AT ARGYLE STREET As the result of negotiations between the Mount Albert Borough Council and the Railway Department, special flash signals have been installed at the dangerous crossing at Argyle Street, in Morningside. The signals are silent in operation, showing a red light on the approach of a train. There is one on cither side of the crossing.
