MAGNATE’S SON SENT TO PRISON

HUGO STINNES. son of the late magnate, was arrested and imprisoned in connection with an investigation of war loan frauds. It was alleged that Stinnes attempted to defraud the Government. He withheld information in regard to the investigation of charges against a former secretary of a Stinnes concern.
