TORCH BEARERS OF PEACE
Among those who will sign the Pact to-day are the above five who have toiled ceaselessly for the peace of the world. Other signatories of the treaty will be: —For Australia, Mr. A. J. Me Lachlan, Honorary Federal Minister; for Canada, the Prime Minister, Mr. Mackenzie King; for South Africa, the High Comissioner, Mr. J. S. Smit; for New Zealand, the High Commissioner, Sir James Parr; for the Irish Free State, the President of the Executive Council, Mr. W. T. Cosgrave; for Belgium, the Foreign Minister, M. Paul Hymans; for Japan, Count Oshida; for Poland, the Foreign Minister, Mr. August Zeleski. Italy has not yet notified who her representative will be.
