It was stated that the accusetf paid for admittance, and there was free access to a quantity of beer. Acctrsed used language and behaved in a <£isorderly way and, during the fight, a tray of glasses was broken. Mr. E. Page, S.M., held that the place was not a public one and that the mischief was not intentional. He dismissed the charges.
