COMMUNIST’S COMPLAINT (United P.A.—By Telegraph —- Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) LONDON, Friday. The secretary of the Trades Union Congress, Mr. J. Andrews, who was a delegate to the Labour Congress at Geneva, complains that after he had passed the customs at Harwich two detectives searched his papers. Mr. Andrews, who is avowedly Communistic, admitted that during his visit to Europe he associated with the leaders of the Amsterdam International.
