FINAL REACHED J. HOCKIN LEFT IN (Special to THE SUE) WHANGAREJ, To-day. The North Auckland Golf Championship semi-finals were played this morning on the Whangarei links, in perfect weather. Results: W. Thompson beat A. Lamb, 3 up and 2. J. Hockin beat B. Cumbseworth. 2 up and 1. A medal match played yesterday afternoon was won by R. Gardiner, 84 —18, 66. A bogey match yesterday morning was won by W. Thompson, 1 up.
