LOST RECTOR FOUND

TURNS UP IN QUEBEC DESCRIBED AS SETTLER (United P.A. —By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) Reed. 9.50 a.m. LONDON, Friday. The police announce that the Rev. Franklin Hutchinson, who disappeared mysteriously from the rectory at Doddinghurst, Essex, has been found in Quebec. He joined the liner Empress of Scotland at Cherbourg, travelling as a third-class tourist, dressed in civilian clothes; but he made no effort to conceal his identity. He changed to clerical attire when he disembarked at Quebec. A steward on the ship says he gathered that Mr. Hutchinson was taking up educational work in Canada, and was full of fun during the meals. Mr. Hutchinson was described as a settler on the ship’s papers.
