NORTH AUCKLAND TITLE (Special to THE SUE J WHANGAKEI, Thursday. The qualifying rounds of the North Auckland golf championship were played to-day at Mount Denby links. Apart from a strong wind the conditions were ideal. The course was good, but most competitors had difficulty on the particularly fast greens. The match was played over 36 holes.
