MURRAY CHARGES

INVESTIGATING COMMITTEE RESUMES The special committee set up by the Auckland City Council to deal with the complaint made by Cr. W. IT. Murray resumed this afternoon to consider the position, in view of the Minister of Internal Affairs having refused the magisterial inquiry. Cr. J. Dempsey presided and Mr. J. Stanton, city solicitor, was also present. Cr. Murray was not represented by counsel on this* occasion. The proceedings were taken In committee.
