VENIZELOS WINS
ELECTION IN GREECE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) ATHENS, Monday. Early election returns show that M. Venizelos has secured large majorities in Athens, the Piraeus, Crete, Thrace, and other centres. The supporters of M. Cafandaris and General Pangalos are practically eliminated. In the election for Athens, General Pangalo-s was defeated. x Later reports show that the majority for M. Venizelos is overwhelming. All the Venizelist candidates have been elected in Athens, Salonika, Janian and Patras. It is expected that the party will exceed 180 members out of the 280 in the Chamber of Deputies.

(Australian and N.Z. Press Association.J Reed. 10 a.m. ATHENS, Monday. The Venizelists are scoring' all along the line. All the Royalist leaders , have been defeated, except M. Tsaidaris, who was elected for Corinth. He 1 declared that the Royalist reverse is an epidemic.
