A message from Dublin, New Hampshire, says that Colonel George Harvey, a former United States Ambassador to Britain, died to-day from a. heart attack. • George Brinton McLellan Harvey, publicist and diplomat, was born in 1864. He early entered journalism and was consecutively a reporter on the Springfield “Republican,” the Chicago “News” and the New York “World.” He became managing-editor of the New York “World,” and in 1899 he purchased and edited the “North American Review.” He was Ambassador to Britain from April, 1921, to Decern 1 tr, IPX.
