£15,000 FIRE.—A fire at Wiles’s radio and electrical stores in Pitt and CTOulburn Street, Sydney, caused damage estimated at £15,000. .EDITOR S DEATH.—The death has occurred in Sydney of Air. Thomas William Henev. who was formerly editor , the “Sydney Alorning Herald” and later of the “Dailv Telegraph.” His ago was 64.—A.P.A. _KUSCIUSKO TRAGEDY.—There is n° I race the two men who were lost n Mount Kosciusko. Hope has been abandoned, as the country to which their latest traces led is wild. It is believed they fell into a crevasse.— A.P A. PRINCE GEORGE IN CANADA. — Lieutenant Prince George, youngest of the King, arrived at Quebec on by the Empress of Australia. •Among those who welcomed him were the Lieutenant-Governor of Quebec, military officials and Rear-Admiral Hyde, of U.M.A.S. Australia. The Prince is proceeding direct to Vancouver where he will join the cruiser Durban.— A.P A
