FLYER LYON DIVORCED STRANGE CONTRADICTION (United P.A. — By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) MONTREAL, Friday. The Associated Press to-night carries the following report from San Francisco: Mrs. Erma Naier Lyon received an annulment in the Superior Court here to-day of her marriage to Captain Harry Lyon. The Pacific flyer, who is in Boston, denie'd that he was the husband of the San Francisco woman, while his mother and his wife, Mrs. Jane Lyon, declared at Paris Hill, Maine, that Erma Naier had never been Lyon's wife. The attorney for Erma Naier Lyon testified that Lyon admitted here six weeks ago that his first wife was living, and that there had been a divorce.
