SCENE OF A FATALITY.—EarIy this morning Mr. J. A. Petherick, of Lloyd Avenue, was crushed to death underneath this wall, which collapsed without warning and buried him. Mr. Petherick was engaged in demolishing the house, which stands in Franklin Road, Ponsonby.
