PRINCE EDWARD

“TEN COMMANDMENTS” TO-NIGHT For the usual Monday, “Old Favourites’ Night,” the management of the Prince Edward Theatre has secured the film, “The Ten Commandments.” This huge picture will be remembered as the most amazing Biblical picture ever made, showing the escape of the Israelites from Egypt, and the crossing of the Red Sea. The ancient story is linked to a very modern one of an unscrupulous contractor. In addition a celebrity vaudeville programme will be presented, headed by Wendy and Alphonse. The other artists will be the Romany Buo, vocalists and instrumentalists, and Roy Newton, the Parody King.
