St. Louis Business Men Jarred By Two Great Defalcations

Insurance examiners have a written statement from Roy Toombs, president of the International Life Insurance Company, admitting a shortage of £700,000, while the young manager of the New York branch of the Bank of Italy has confessed losing £IOO,OOO in speculation.
