KOBAYASHI. commanding the Japanese training squadron, has sent the. following wireless message to the Mayor: “On taking leave of Auckland I wish to express on behalf of the Japanese training squadron my best thanks to you for the hearty welcome and courtesy extended by the city and citizens . with a re quest that the same be conveyed to all concerned. Wishing pour city every prosperity and your citizens every happiness
