CYCLIST DIES OF INJURIES
LOST CONTROL OF MACHINE As the result of a fall from his bicycle in Victoria Avenue, Remuera, on Saturday, Mr. William Harvey Collings died last evening in hospital from head injuries. Mr. Collings was a married man, aged 48, who lived at 473 Manukau Road, Epsom, and owned a small fruit shop. He was riding down hill on his bicycle with a friend when he lost control and fell off. A private car took him to the Auckland Hospital, where he was admitted in a serious condition.
